Sand Casting Convert Saves Time and Cost

Aristo Cast took the original design that weighed approximately 3.5 lbs and reduced the weight as an investment casting to less than 2.0 lbs. Allowing the machine house to cut the overall machine time in half. “We are extremely happy with the results. We’ve reduced
the amount of material required to create the castings, saved on machine time and cost, as well as reduced the timing by over a month,” Leonard concluded, “It’s another success story for Aristo Cast, as well as our customer.”
