The HAKKO FX-889 dual port soldering station is the long awaited update to the favorite basic dual port soldering iron, the HAKKO 928. This station has the same great improvement in performance as the HAKKO FX-888D had over its predecessor.

Note: The FX-889 station does not include any soldering iron handpiece. The following soldering iron handpieces can be used with the FX-889 soldering station (sold separately): • FX-8801 Soldering Iron (uses T18 Series tips - p. 14) • FX-8802 (N2 version of the FX-8801) • FX-8803 (Soldering gun with manual solder feed trigger)
• FX-8804 (SMD hot tweezers) • FX-8805* (Large soldering iron) *uses T18 and T19 Series tips (page 14 and 19)
