Need I say more: Olivia Dean
ANALYSIS HIGH ART
OLIVIA DEAN Man I Need (Capitol)
SALES: 235,243 As Music Week went to press, Olivia Dean was targeting a return to No.1 for her global breakthrough album, The Art Of Loving, which has remained in the Top 5 since its release in September. While the British star’s album is at No.3 in our monthly rankings, her single Man I Need finishes on top for November with consumption of 235,243 units. Although it didn’t reach No.1 in the weekly chart during the month due to ACR, consistent streaming consumption for the former chart-topper means it came out on top in the monthly rankings, which is not subject to the same chart rules. The streaming impact of Olivia Dean is underlined by the incredible result that she has eight tracks in the Top 50 for November.
TWIST OF FATE
TAYLOR SWIFT The Fate Of Ophelia (EMI)
SALES: 231,472 Despite spending two out of four weeks at No.1 last month, Taylor Swift’s mega-hit The Fate Of Ophelia finishes at No.2 in November’s rankings. It did, however, pass half a million units last month and is now on sales of 571,583. Indeed, TFOO was pushing for a seventh non-consecutive week at the top as Music Week went to press. Swift has five other tracks in the monthly Top 75.

HUNTR/X – AUDREY NUNA/EJAE/REI AMI Golden (Republic/Island)
It was a close call at the top with fewer than 5,000 units separating Olivia Dean, Taylor Swift and K-Pop Demon Hunters. Golden by Huntr/X – Ejae, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami returned to No.1 for a fortnight in November and has now spent a staggering 10 weeks at the top. With consumption of 1,169,363 units, it looks like ending the year as one of the Top 5 songs overall.
Skye’s the limit: Skye Newman
SIENNA SPIRO Die On This Hill
Amid increasing optimism about UK talent, Sienna Spiro is another artist to watch. The singer-songwriter has secured new chart peaks for her first three hits in recent weeks, including a Top 10 result for current single Die On This Hill, which makes our monthly Top 30 with 61,415 units.
musicweek.com 32 SKYE ROCKET CHAIN
SKYE NEWMAN FU & UF (Columbia)
SALES: 58,653 Skye Newman is another British breakthrough star tipped for big things in the year ahead – she’s just made the BBC Radio 1 Sound Of 2026 longlist. The latest chart success is FU & UF, which is just outside our monthly Top 30 with 58,653 units.
