Sales Success at TransNational Payments Interview with Jason Bostow, Senior Account Manager


Jason has been with TransNational Payments since 2012. He had been looking for a position where performance dictates the strength of a payment. TNP provided that opportunity – and more. Jason hit President’s Club his first full year and was a top sales rep his first two years.


Selling Power (SP): What do you like about your job? Bostow: Literally, I have grown in every area of my life while working here – financially, spiritually, physically and in my ability to sell. SP: What do you like about TransNational Payments (TNP)? Bostow: The people I work for. I hold the highest respect for John and Jae. I believe in TransNational Payments no matter what because of these two individuals. SP: How has TransNational Payments impacted you and your family? Bostow: My wife loves where I work! The success I’ve shared has changed the course of my family. We went from nothing to literally living in our dream home. TransNational Payments has given me the tools to make this happen. SP: What was the single greatest fear you had to overcome prior to accepting this job? Bostow: The job being solely commission based. We do have a base salary, but it is small – so I was fearful of not being able to provide for my family’s needs. SP: What key golden nuggets or success factors would you like your peers to know about your success story?


Bostow: God has given me a tenacious desire to never give up, no matter how tough it gets (and believe me, it gets tough). My attitude and effort are all I can control. I have given my best to make sure those are always running at full steam. SP: Why should excellent salespeople work for TNP? Bostow: Because you work for people who truly value the people that work for them. SP: What advice would you give new employees? Bostow: Don’t give up; give it your all. The answers are given to you – all you need to do is grind and shine! 
