Z AndBeyond has added the 14-day Trans-Himalayan Wildlife Journey. Exploring remote Ladakh, in India, the small-group tour will track the Himalayan brown bear, Eurasian lynx, Himalayan wolves, ibex and golden eagles. The itinerary also includes visits to local villages with colourful teahouses and Buddhist monasteries.


Z G Adventures has expanded its portfolio of active trips. Nine new options include a Colombia Multisport itinerary including hiking and white-water rafting, plus a Tanzania Active Safari that allows clients to view game on foot and from a bike, canoe and hot-air balloon.

Shearings and Inghams unveil expanded brochures


Shearings Holidays has launched its 2020 Worldwide brochure, which features 19 new tours, including a 30-day round-the- world trip. The Around the World in 30 Days itinerary,


Z Scenic’s The Americas 2019-20 brochure launches this month, featuring tours in the US, Canada and South America. New experiences include a private dark-sky experience with a twilight supper with astronomers at Jasper Planetarium, and a barbecue feast in the Rocky Mountains.


Z APT has trebled the number of departures on its Spirit of Sri Lanka tour for 2020-21. The 16-day small- group tour, which includes Signature Experience dinners in a cave in Dambulla and in a railway carriage at the Heritage Tea Factory, will run 12 times. Bookings made by August 31 include free economy-class flights.

extensive Italy programme with a raft of new options. The 10-day Discover Venice, Florence & Rome tour, from £1,795, brings together three of the country’s most famous cities, introducing their iconic sights alongside more off-the-beaten track treasures.


Trafalgar bolsters North America portfolio


Trafalgar’s 2020 USA & Canada programme includes 12 new itineraries and three new trip styles for agents to book. Active itineraries will get


clients moving in the great outdoors, with nature walks and hikes from moderate to strenuous. Trips include the new 10-day Utah’s Mighty Five National Parks. State Explorer trips delve
