How big? In 2018, with your help, the projects visited on our tours helped benefit over 58,600 lives around the world.
Here’s what we do in an effort to spread good around the world.
Planeterra Established in 2003, Planeterra is our non-profit partner dedicated to ensuring communities touched by tourism benefit from the opportunities it provides. Planeterra manages over 75 social enterprises on all seven continents, that benefit women, at-risk youth, and rural and indigenous communities.
Ripple Score The Ripple Score is a measure we’ve created to show you the percentage of money we spend locally on trip services like accommodations, restaurants, and transportation. The higher the score, the more money that is staying in the local community. Look for it on most of our tours online and in our brochures to see exactly what we mean when we say we’re changing lives through travel.
