ASK THE AGENT

Central Park, which is found on deck eight, is one of the most stylish areas of the ship. It is home to high-end bars and restaurants for guests who like to dress for dinner, including Jamie’s Italian, Vintages Wine Bar and Chops Grille. For a totally different kind of dining experience, head to Wonderland, where the menu is subdivided into elements such as ‘wind’, ‘dreams’ and ‘fire’, instead of by course. The restaurant also serves up some delectable cocktails, including chocolate cheesecake and a saltwater taffy manhattan. We ventured higher up the ship for a delicious meal at Coastal Kitchen, which is dining for suite-level guests. The menu was full of delicious

California-meets-Mediterranean fare, and after changing my mind several times, I opted for a creamy mushroom risotto, mouth-watering lobster and a to-die-for crème brûlée. After a few indulgent evenings, those who want a lighter meal can head to one of the ship’s more casual venues, including the Park Cafe or Vitality Cafe for fresh, healthy snacks and smoothies.

BAR-HOPPING

At night, the ship and its bars come alive. The Bionic Bar always draws a crowd, as the cocktails are made to order by a robotic arm. The Rising Tide Bar is another favourite, as the bar alternates between two floors, rising and descending every half hour

“I loved Central Park – you could spend your entire cruise eating there. Symphony of the Seas has so much to offer, it’s hard to pick one restaurant, when you can try seven different dining experiences on a seven-night cruise.”

between Central Park and the Royal Promenade. The relaxing atmosphere at

Boleros makes it a popular place for a quick drink. To end the evening, the Schooner Bar is the perfect chilled- out spot for a nightcap. Guests can listen to live piano music while overlooking the Royal Promenade.
