know. This ensures that their customers get the best products and service. That said, I must mention the 4,000-plus attractions and experiences on sale worldwide. This has very much been shaped by the growing demand from our agents looking for genuinely authentic and fun experiences, and include hot-air balloon rides at dawn over the Australian bush, a TV presenting experience in London, learning how to cook Italian style, hassle-free city passes with free transportation and a champagne picnic experience at the Grand Canyon.


Q. What are you doing to help your travel agent partners? A. We love to reward our agent partners with fun incentives. The best way to hear about it first is to ‘like’ our Facebook page. To give you a taste, in September we will be giving agents a chance to come and have a ‘Boot Scootin’ time with us in a private VIP box to see the legendary group Steps. Q. Can you give us an idea of what fancy dress you’ll be donning for the big night? A. Not wanting to give away too much…think Snoop Dogg meets Austin Powers baby!


Q. What would be your message to a travel agent gearing up to attend the Northern Ball for the first time? A. You are in for a treat. Make sure you come in fancy dress as everyone goes for it. Get involved in the theatrics and the games – you’ve got to be in it to win it.
