AmaWaterways launches Best of Danube cruise on AmaMagna

Clia webinar will outline new EU border requirements

Clia is hosting a webinar for its members on the new EU border requirements for the Entry-Exit system (EES) and European Travel Information and Authorisation System (Etias). The webinar will take place

at 3pm on September 16 and includes “a trade-friendly update” from European Commission officials, followed by a Q&A. The EES is an automated

system that will record information on non-EU nationals entering and exiting the Schengen Area, including short-stay visa holders and visa-exempt travellers. Etias will require travellers

from visa-exempt non-EU countries, such as the UK, to obtain travel authorisation before entering Schengen. Clia will publish a factsheet

about the two systems on its website, which is where members can sign up for the seminar. cruising.org
