Princess to operate its biggest-over Med programme in 2025

Princess Cruises will celebrate its 40th anniversary of sailing in the Mediterranean in 2025 with its largest-ever programme. Six of the line’s ships will sail
Mediterranean itineraries between March and November 2025, including Sun Princess, which is scheduled to enter service in February 2024, and the second
ship in the Sphere-class series, Star Princess. Over the course of the season,
the six ships will sail a range of seven to 31-day itineraries departing Southampton, Rome, Athens, Trieste and Barcelona.

Sun Princess will sail a series of
seven-day Mediterranean voyages from Barcelona, Rome and Athens that will call at destinations including Istanbul, Naples and
Santorini. Star Princess, which is scheduled
to enter service in spring 2025, will set sail on its nine-day Italy and Greece maiden voyage on August 4, followed by a variety of 10-day cruises from Rome.
