Tui plans training for indie agents about its Holiday Villages

Tui UK plans to give third-party agents more training on Holiday Villages, its four-star all-inclusive family resorts brand. As well as entertainment and

kids’ clubs, each resort has a high-ropes course and swimming and football academies. There are seven in Europe and one in Egypt. Product and proposition

manager Natalie Johnson said: “There’s a significant opportunity to enhance [agents’] knowledge of Holiday Villages through training sessions, webinars and even in-person events. “Emphasising family-friendly

features, on-site activities, entertainment options and all-inclusive packages as part of the training helps to educate third-party agents.” retailagents.tui.co.uk
