Q. Are you promoting any particular products and services to agents at the moment? A. We have such a widespread product range across worldwide destinations that we always have exciting campaigns and incentives, but one to watch out for is the Cruise Plus Fam-to- Sea multi-fam offering agents the chance to win one of 26 places on this first-of-a-kind fam trip. The 26 agents will be split across four separate itineraries, representing ocean, luxury, river and expedition, giving them invaluable first-hand experience.
Q. How many times have you been to the AAAs and what does the event mean to you? Any memorable moments? A. This will be my second AAAs with Gold Medal and Travel 2, but I’ve attended the event many times before. The awards are always such a special night and gives us a chance to celebrate, reward and recognise all the amazing people in our industry.
Q. What advice would you give to those attending the AAAs for the first time? A. Make the most of the event and enjoy it. There will be the best of the best there in terms of
suppliers, agencies and industry folk so remember your business cards and take time to celebrate current contacts and the opportunity to make new ones.
Q. What song would you like to hear at the after-party? A. I would probably go with Signed, Sealed Delivered I’m Yours by Stevie Wonder to get people on the dancefloor, and a nod to our agents that we’re always here for them!
Q. Talk us through your outfit… A. A classic tuxedo no doubt, with a couple of accessories as standard.
