Blue Train changes Hoedspruit safari to round-trip for 2020

South Africa’s Te Blue Train will offer round-trip safaris to Hoedspruit in 2020 instead of one-way. Previously, the train operator

offered a one-way, overnight journey from Pretoria to Hoedspruit but it could be a challenge to find accommodation for 70 to 80 guests on arrival. Now the train’s schedule

has been changed to avoid the need for accommodation in Hoedspruit. Passengers will depart

Pretoria in the morning of day one, arriving at Kruger National Park early the next morning for a guided safari including sunrise and sunset game drives. Te train will then depart that evening to return to Pretoria, arriving around noon on day three. Prices for the three-day

all-inclusive safari by rail will be from about £2,050. Te train safaris will operate on June 18-20 and July 30-August 1, 2020. Te Blue Train is featured

by several UK operators and is represented in the UK by Ethos Marketing. For details, email claire@
