3. THE WHITE STUFF: Luxury operator Carrier hosts agents on an educational to US ski resort Vail, where they stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Bachelor Gulch and at Solaris Residences. Highlights included a guided snowshoe hike with the resort’s naturalist team.


4. QUAD SQUAD: Agents hop on quadbikes in Cancun, Mexico, during a joint AMResorts and Funway Holidays fam trip. The group travelled through dense tropical forest to explore 1,000-year-old Mayan ruins.


5. CHARGE UP: Tracey Murray (left) of Miles Morgan Travel receives a Fitbit Charge from Cruise & Maritime Voyages’ Alison Leeke as part of the line’s recent trade incentive.
