Cali Resort & Spa, Cyprus The adult-only Cali Resort & Spa is opening at the end of May in sunny Paphos. Just a few hundred metres from the beautiful Coral Bay Beach, it’s the perfect base for discovering this Mediterranean gem. The hotel’s centrepiece is a freshwater pool surrounded by cabanas and loungers, but it also boasts an indoor pool and spa with a sauna and steam room. Set around the main pool are 201 bright and sumptuous rooms, which come with views over either the pool or sea. Cali’s skilled chefs use healthy, local ingredients in the two restaurants, Aria and Fiki, with the former serving buffet-style international cuisine, while the latter offers delectable Japanese fusion dishes with live cooking demonstrations. At the hotel’s two bars, Calista and Sonata, guests can enjoy freshly mixed classic

cocktails by the water as the sun goes down. Book it: Olympic Holidays offers seven nights at the Cali Resort & Spa, Paphos, from £1,171 per person on an all-inclusive premium basis, including flights from Gatwick in June. olympicholidays.com
