Crystal Ski Holidays adds Italian resort to Slope Starters range
Crystal Ski Holidays has added the Italian resort of Passo Tonale to its Slope Starters programme, alongside Andorra and Austria. The trips are aimed at people
who haven’t skied or snowboarded. A week at Hotel Miramonti, in
Passo Tonale, costs from £995. A week at the Sport Hotel in
Soldeu, Andorra, starts at £1,095, while seven nights at the Hotel Park, in St Johann, Austria, costs from £1,195. The prices are based on two
sharing and include half-board accommodation, transfers, lessons, a six-day lift pass, equipment hire and a 20kg luggage allowance. Departures are available from
a range of UK airports.

Royal Caribbean puts sailings for Hero of the Seas on sale

Royal Caribbean has put sailings on its fourth Icon Class ship, Hero of the Seas, on sale ahead of its launch in August 2027. The ship will feature nine swimming pools and 28
dining venues – the most of any in the fleet. Hero of the Seas will operate eastern and western
Caribbean sailings from Miami, with every cruise visiting private island Perfect Day at CocoCay in the Bahamas. The ship’s eight ‘neighbourhoods’ will include
the new Coconut Cove pool; a new speciality dining option, Orleans Parish Supper Club, which will offer live jazz, cocktails and Cajun and Creole dishes; and Royal Railway – Hero Station, where diners
Royal Air Maroc adds flights from Gatwick to Moroccan resort
Royal Air Maroc has launched a twice-weekly service from Gatwick to Tétouan, on Morocco’s northeastern Mediterranean coast. Flights operate on Thursdays and Sundays, taking just over three hours to reach Tétouan. Tangier and the ‘blue city’ of Chefchaouen are both just over an hour’s drive from the town.
