Kuoni expands Costa Rica offering in Latin America brochure
Kuoni has released its new Latin America brochure with an expanded programme to Costa Rica featuring four new regions and 11 new hotels. The brochure spans 10 countries and includes a range of tailor-made holidays in Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Bolivia, Belize and Antarctica. New regions in
Costa Rica are a mix of beach and national parks including Los Quetzales, Piedras Blancas, Limon and
Uvita. New hotels in Costa Rica are
mostly boutique and lodge style, including Hotel Punta Islita – an eco-friendly boutique hotel on the Nicoya Peninsula, which offers zip- lining, nature walks, horse riding and cooking experiences. Tom Waite, senior product
executive for Latin America, said: “Over recent years we’ve been sending staff to Latin America and much of the new product is as a direct result of their experience and insight, particularly in Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Colombia. All destinations are trading very positively for 2018, most notably Costa Rica, Peru and Chile.” The brochure launches
on December 15.

Inghams bolsters Italian range with cruises in Venice

Inghams has added two cruises in Venice, a city break in Parma and two resorts to its Italy programme for 2018.
The Almalfi Coast resort of
Cilento and Sicilian resort of Modica Beach are joined in the brochure by some new ‘value’
all-inclusive properties and cultural escorted tours. The new four and five-night all-inclusive cruises, on small ship Michelangelo, takes in the lagoons of Venice and includes a visit to a workshop to see how gondolas are built. A four-night cruise in the
Venetian Lagoon starts at £899, including flights and transfers, with a five-night option from £999.
