Seabourn’s inaugural grand voyage to visit 14 countries in 2027


Seabourn has unveiled its first ‘expedition grand voyage’, the Pole to Pole: Grand Expedition, departing in 2027. The 94-day voyage on


Seabourn Venture will depart on August 17 and cover more than 20,500 nautical miles. The expedition will start with


an overnight stay in Reykjavik, Iceland, followed by a charter flight to Kangerlussuaq, in Greenland, where passengers will embark the ship. The expedition will visit


14 countries and territories including Antarctica, the Falkland Islands, Northwest Passage, Ellesmere Island, Caribbean and South America. It will conclude in Ushuaia, Argentina. Prices start at £71,279 per

Nat Geo-Lindblad expands Galápagos range for 2027-28

National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has put its 2027-28 season on sale. The fleet of 23 owned and chartered vessels will visit


all seven continents. The line will offer more options in the Galápagos


Islands across four ships including the newly acquired 16-passenger catamaran National Geographic Delfina and 48-passenger National Geographic Gemini. The co-brand will return to the Oceania region for


the first time in two years with expeditions on National Geographic Resolution, including the 11-day Pearls of the Pacific: The Society & Tuamotu Islands. National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions will also


head back to Easter Island after a four-year break with the 18-day Easter Island to Tahiti: Tales of the Pacific itinerary. In Alaska, National Geographic Quest and National Geographic Venture will operate additional departures of


the eight-day Alaska’s Inside Passage, 11-day Voyage to the Great Bear Rainforest and 14 and 15-day Treasures of the Inside Passage itineraries. There will also be extra departures of the


16-day Coastal Japan: Imperial Dynasties & Modern Culture cruise. A range of itineraries will be offered in Europe and


the Mediterranean “designed to reframe” traditional European cruising. Royal Caribbean offers flights to Bologna from Belfast and Glasgow


Royal Caribbean has brought back charter flights from Belfast City and Glasgow International airports, for passengers sailing between May and October 2026. The direct flights to Bologna


are offered in partnership with British Airways exclusively for Royal clients to more easily access sailings on Explorer of the Seas
