Diamond Princess Josie Klein

Princess Cruises has extended its 2025-26 Japan and southeast Asia season in response to demand. The line said it experienced “record-breaking”

demand for travel to Japan in 2023, while a “strong season” is underway this year, prompting it to add extra itineraries on Diamond Princess for 2025-26 to cater for more passengers. Princess Cruises is offering 11 additional sailings,

ranging in duration between nine and 22 nights and spanning 25 destinations in the region. A nine-night Circle Japan round-trip sailing

from Tokyo calls at Kagoshima, Busan, Akita, Aomori and Hitachinaka. Prices start at £1,449 based on a July 27, 2025, departure. Following Diamond Princess’s extended Japan

season, the 2,670-passenger vessel will sail to Singapore on a 12-day Southeast Asia and Japan cruise, where it will operate three more itineraries. A 14-night Malaysia, Thailand & Vietnam cruise

sailing round-trip from Singapore calls at Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City, Sihanoukville, Koh Samui, Phuket, Langkawi, Penang and Kuala Lumpur. The lead-in price is £2,139 based on a December 23, 2025, departure. Chief commercial officer Terry Thornton

said: “We truly make it easy to travel to Japan and southeast Asia on our Diamond Princess ‘Love Boat’ to experience these amazing destinations. “For our fall 2025 through winter 2026 season,

we’re thrilled to expand our Japan cruises from Tokyo during the beautiful fall foliage season and continue to Singapore to highlight the best of southeast Asia.” princess.com
