Ocean World Travel’s Carrie Purnell (left) and Kerry Stuart flank Cunard’s Alexandra Patterson at an event in Southampton to celebrate new ship Queen Anne’s maiden season going on sale. Fifty agents in all learnt about the ship and were treated by Cunard to a three-course meal at the Harbour Hotel. 3. The Personal Travel Agents, part of Your Co-op, celebrates its 10th anniversary with cake. To mark the occasion, highlights from the past 10 years were shared with staff every day for a month, including photos of fam trips, conferences and events. 4. UK travel trade representatives enjoy Canada Night at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto. The event marked the last night of this year’s four-day Rendez-vous Canada tourism marketplace trade show.
