Our new agent support team is ready to help you

THEATRE: Super Break has enhanced its system for London packages

Until now, shows went off sale a week or two prior to the performance. Agents will also now be able to view a seating plan to select exact seats for customers. Gary Gillespie, national sales manager, said: “We have been working on this for some time and I’m delighted that we can now offer agents much greater flexibility and choice. Having the option to pre-book seats is something we know agents wanted, and we now have the technology to offer this.”

Book The Gambia Experience and win one of 10 prizes

The Gambia Experience’s largest-ever brochure features an agent booking incentive of 10 prizes over 10 weeks. Agents who book packages

between now and June 30 will automatically be entered into the draw to win prizes up to the value of £100. They include designer sunglasses, Ticketmaster and Amazon vouchers, and cinema tickets. The brochure, which runs

April’s been a busy month for us here at P&O Cruises, with the announcement of a new dedicated contact centre team for our agent partners, plus further exciting updates to our regional and development teams – meaning we can see more of you! So, we’ll start from the top: April saw the

launch of our brand-new agent support team in our contact centre. We have so many great online tools for booking and modifying online, we recognised we needed to give you expert support on the phones to guide you through these. The helpdesk is an exciting extension to our

existing partnership team and will help provide individual support and training when you need it. But don’t forget, we have great online training videos too, at shinerewardsclub.com/knowledge. We’re also delighted to announce our new P&O Cruises Partnership Development team, who will be dedicated to supporting new agents or those who want to grow their cruise business. With a 50% capacity increase in the next five years for P&O Cruises, we believe it’s a fantastic way of investing in the bright future of cruise. Finally, we are also welcoming new additions to

our regional team! The growth of this team means we are covering more areas of the UK than before and, with a 50% increase in size, I know the team are looking forward to getting out on the road to see you all. As always, thank you so much for your continued support.
