The Travel Corporation brands release range of 2021 trips early
Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold have put a 2021 preview collection of their most-popular Europe and Britain tours on sale three months early to help agents make bookings for next year. It is the earliest the sister Travel
Corporation touring specialists have put holidays on sale for the following year. Normally they would go on sale in September. The early release aims to cater
for an expected strong demand for 2021 holidays and for agents to help clients secure places further in advance than usual. Trafalgar trips in the 2021
preview collection include Best of Greece; and Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Customers need to book and pay in full by September 28 to secure their place and there is a 10% early-payment discount on selected trips. Insight Vacations’ 2021 trips
include Easy Pace Russia; and Northern Spain. Luxury Gold’s include Captivating Croatia and Montenegro; and Majestic Switzerland. Costsaver’s include Picturesque Portugal; and Jewels of Italy. Some trips are available at
2020 prices with deposits from £100 if booked by September 28.

G Adventures unveils Travel with Confidence Plus range

G Adventures has created a collection of “socially distanced tours” to reassure travellers they can travel with confidence. The Travel with Confidence Plus Collection
comprises 37 small-group trips in 27 countries and features additional physical distancing measures. The operator has already introduced a Travel
with Confidence policy which outlines extra hygiene measures across its tours, including the new collection. It follows a survey by the operator on post-pandemic
travel trends, which found 69% of travellers expected to see travel companies make changes to their health and safety measures and half (51%) expected physical distancing measures to be included. The new collection is available to book for trips
between October 2, 2020, and December 31, 2021. Group sizes have been reduced to eight to 10 on average, instead of 12, and means tours will be able to

across all tours in the new programme. All rooms are double or single with bathrooms; there is no multi- share accommodation or shared bathroom facilities. G Adventures founder Bruce Poon Tip said: “We
absolutely understand different people are going to have different comfort levels, and it’s our job to make sure we cater for all our travellers.” The Travel with Confidence Plus Collection
includes trips from G Adventures’ active, classic and marine travel ranges. They include the eight-day Walk the Camino de Santiago in Spain, from £799; 16-day Costa Rica Adventure, from £1,199; seven-day Sailing Thailand: Phuket to Phuket, from £1,169; and seven-day Best of Iceland, from £1,649.

with quarterly set prices from most UK mainline stations is available and bespoke longer rail itineraries and group rail tours will also be available, including to Scotland and Ireland. Fares will be at net prices –
cheaper than customers pay direct through rail companies – leaving agents and operators to add their own margin. RailTourGuide was set up by
former train driver and railway employee David Glover in 2010. He said: “With the recent failures of companies like Super Break and Shearings, RailTourGuide has seen a vast increase in enquiries for these type of rail breaks.”
