EasyJet puts 7m seats on sale for February and March next year
EasyJet has put more than seven million seats on sale for flights between February 1-March 21, 2027, with departures from 22 UK airports spanning the February school half-term holiday. EasyJet holidays is offering
packages to hotspots including the Canary Islands, Egypt, Morocco, Spain and Tunisia, as well as city breaks such as Paris, Reykjavik, Prague and Amsterdam. The operator is also offering
free kids’ places across a selection of its family-friendly hotels. Furthermore, easyJet has
expanded capacity from the northeast by 85% compared to 2025. New routes from Newcastle include Antalya, Corfu, Dalaman, Enfidha, Faro, Lisbon, Malta, Nice, Prague, Reus, Rhodes, Rome, Sharm el-Sheikh and Tenerife.

Singapore Airlines increases Gatwick schedule to Singapore
Singapore Airlines has added three more flights a week from Gatwick to Singapore Changi Airport. The extra departures, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, take its daily operation to 10 flights a week until July 2 and from September 1 to October 24. From July 3 to August 29, the link will increase to a double-daily service for the peak summer season.

Club Med prepares to open property in Malaysian Borneo
Club Med will open a 400-room resort in Kuala Penyu, Borneo, in November, the all-inclusive brand’s second Malaysia property. Club Med Borneo is 90 minutes from Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Its more than 20 activities include a flying trapeze and circus school.

Jet2 adds Greek isle of Thassos for 2027 with flights from three bases
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have added the Greek island of Thassos for summer 2027. Flights from Birmingham, Manchester and Stansted will operate to Kavala International Airport on the mainland. Holidaymakers will take a ferry to Thassos then transfer by coach to their accommodation. Prices start at £789 based on two adults sharing a B&B.
