DOWN MEXICO WAY: Four Seasons is to open a resort on the Pacific Coast of Mexico next year. The 2,000-acre resort and golf club will be located in Tamarindo, Jalisco. Most of the 155 rooms will have panoramic views of the ocean, while the entire property is surrounded by jungle. The resort will have four food and drink venues including an ocean-view bar and restaurant, beach bar and grill and a golf club restaurant. It will have three pools, a spa, fitness centre, young adults centre and lounge, water sports centre, tennis courts and meeting space. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has also announced it is set to manage the historic San Domenico Palace in Taormina, Sicily.
