THE Car Park Party isn’t just about Employee Ownership – it’s also a chance to celebrate and reinforce our Cultures and Values. The team responsible for


making sure that the things we hold important to our ethos are kept at the forefront of our minds have been working hard these past few months. They have been meeting on


a regular basis to discuss ways of consolidating our principles and to explore new and exciting ways of spreading the message to staff and the wider


world. One of the ideas they have come up with is to bring staff closer together via personal profiles on the website and in the Pacific Bulletin. Remember, the big


headline themes brought together to crystalise the Pacific ideals that underpin our main headline We Exist To Build Great Things are:
