TOPIC 2 | MENTAL HEALTH AND MENTAL ILL-HEALTH What is resilience?
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks or failures in our lives and regain a sense of wellbeing. Everyone experiences challenges in their lives. Some challenges can be more difficult than others. Just as physically healthy people are better able to bounce back from illness or injury, resilient people are better able to bounce back from difficult situations.
