MY WELLBEING JOURNEY
The thoughts we have about ourselves can affect our self- confidence. Our thoughts can be positive, for example, ‘I played well in the game today’, or they can be negative, for example, ‘I played really badly today’. We can’t stop these negative thoughts but we can learn to manage them. Learning how to challenge unhelpful thoughts can increase our self-confidence and make us more resilient.

I’ll never be good at this. This is too hard.
The last time I tried this, I failed, so I am wasting my time even trying.
Everyone can do this except me. I’m always making mistakes. The day is completely ruined.
If I keep practising, I will improve bit by bit.
