THE SCOPE OF EXPANSION

DASSAULT OWNED SERVICE CENTERS

DASSAULT SATELLITES

EXECUJET SERVICE CENTERS

TAG AVIATION SERVICE CENTERS

What’s the end game for the customer experience as Dassault sees it with these acquisitions?

The end game is to have a greater presence around the world because our airplanes are flying to a greater variety of geographic locations. Within that goal, the quality of experience is important as is the standardization of experience across factory locations and having direct influence in non-factory owned areas. Wherever a Falcon customer travels, they should have a common, high quality experience.

Who retains the global leadership position overseeing the new acquisitions and who will set the standard for service?

Jean Kayanakis has charged me with this responsibility and it’s a challenge I look forward to executing. I will have the opportunity to travel and meet many new faces and I’m sure that there will be learning in both directions. The Falcon standard is high but we chose these two entities as extensions of our brand because they have already demonstrated the ability to provide world-class service to their customers. Our partnership will ensure that standard is consistent throughout the network.

What else would you like to add for the Falconer audience to know?

This is about giving customers not just a great experience long term but also choices for their maintenance activities and about preparing for the future – the Falcon 6X is arriving in three short years. That will be a worldwide airplane and will increase the fleet size. And of course, as our Chairman has hinted at during NBAA last year, there’s another Falcon being conceived after the 6X. Dassault never stops thinking of the future. We know the fleet is growing and aircraft are becoming more complex. We want to be ready for that long term. Dassault is taking very seriously its commitment to the maintenance side of the total Falcon customer experience. This is a final sword sharpening of the customer experience package as we see it.
