SPACE RACE

“When we first proposed the latest expansion, we had several goals,” says Antoine Ajarrista, Dassault Falcon Jet’s general manager in Little Rock. The first was to increase the space available for aircraft completion and allow for future expansion. Then there was the need to create an ultra-modern facility.

That meant adding more powerful lighting – whether emitted by natural sources through higher ceilings and large windows, or from intelligent bulbs whose temperature mimics natural light. The lighting requirement also extended to aircraft interiors under construction and to the offices themselves. It meant

improving the workflow and providing tools that were not only more efficient, but easier to manipulate.

“We know that maintaining the most ideal working environment for our employees ultimately leads the highest quality product for Falcon owners,” says Philippe Knittel, Dassault Falcon Jet Little Rock project manager.
