Lube Media is making some slight amendments to the way in which we use your data.
When you subscribe to Lube Magazine, Lube Media/ UKLA acquires private information (such as address details and email addresses) as a matter of necessity. This enables us to send you your copies of LUBE – either paper or electronic – as well as communicate with you. We feel it is important that you understand how we use this information and that you are informed of any such changes to the way in which the information is used.
Your details are still strictly confidential and used exclusively within the trade association organisation, primarily for communications. Additionally, however, UKLA will now also occasionally use your information to inform you of relevant products or services provided exclusively by the UKLA. These services will include news about seminars and events as well as our Certificate of Lubricant Competence training programme.
We think that these news updates will provide a beneficial service by keeping our subscribers up to date on what UKLA has to offer within the lubricants industry. However, if you do not wish to receive communications regarding UKLA news, a check box allowing you to opt out has been added to our online subscription form.
