Argus’s inaugural Global Base Oils Conference in London is kicking off at the start of the seasonal demand period and at a time of great change in the base oils market
The impact of changing macroeconomics and EU sanctions on market dynamics and base oil pricing will be a key topic from the outset. Sustainability is another focus with sessions on new industry practices, re-refined and bio-based base oils in the line-up. Industry experts will also discuss how lubricant formulations are adapting to new technical requirements and changing base oil availability.
