What’s making a splash in the market Compiled by: George Dean

KAST |Wave

Luxury concrete basin company Kast has expanded its offering with the release of its new Wave range. With designs named Tilde, Dune, and Prim, the new Wave collection uses a curved style throughout, which the brand says “captures the essence of whimsiness”. Tilde and Dune (pictured) can be either wall- or surface-mounted, while Prim was designed exclusively for countertop placement. The Tilde variant has a built-in splashback with tap holes. www.kastconcretebasins.com

DURAVIT | Vitrium and Millio

Duravit is planning to bring a splash of colour to its existing Vitrium and Millio series, with several new colourways on the way. Both collections now come in a total of six colours: green/blue matt, parlour blue matt, cinnamon matt, light gray matt, dark grey matt, and white matt. These colours will be available in products across the ranges, which includes vanity units, a tall cabinet, washbasins, bath tubs, and a wall-mounted toilet. www.duravit.co.uk

LAKES | Brushed brass enclosure

Lakes Showering Spaces has recently launched its new Wave enclosure in brushed brass, following on from the success of Wave Black earlier this year. The Wave collection features hinged, quadrant, slider and bifold door options, and is said to be sturdy and lightweight to save on resources. Lakes says that it is particularly excited about the launch, as it forecasts that the brass trend is now a mainstay of the bathroom design world for a long time to come. lakesshoweringspaces.com

MATKI | EauZone Arch

Adding to its luxury showering portfolio, Matki has created the EauZone Arch Wet Room Panel, which incorporates an overhead shower into the design. The panel uses 10mm ultra-clear safety glass treated with Matki’s easy-clean technology, which it says makes it easy to maintain. Both the frame and the fittings are made from brass, and are available in 11 finishes. Glass panels are also available in additional tinted or frosted finishes. www.matki.co.uk
