Pets in Showrooms
Your 2026 superstar is...
Aſter a record number of votes last month, kbbreview
readers across the country voted Rudy, from The Kitchen Store, as their Best in Show-room winner for 2026!
A
lthough it was an incredibly close race, rascally Rudy has snatched the Pets in Showrooms crown this year, winning a £200 Mutts and Hounds voucher courtesy of our sponsor, Hansgrohe. To celebrate his big win, we caught up with the team at The Kitchen
Store, based in Surrey and Sussex, to hear a bit more about the industry’s favourite showroom superstar. “We’re absolutely thrilled that Rudy has been named this year’s Pets in
Showrooms Grand Final winner,” the team said. “Rudy is away on holiday at the moment, sunning himself in Denmark, but he’s sent a few selfies back to the office. “Rudy has the loveliest temperament, is incredibly friendly and has a knack for charming just about everyone he meets. He spends his time travelling between all three of our showrooms, keeping the team company, welcoming customers, and even attending our company meetings. “We often joke that he’s part of the team, but
there’s more than a little truth in it. He genuinely brings smiles wherever he goes and has become a much-loved member of The Kitchen Store family. “It’s wonderful to know that so many other people seem to agree. A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for Rudy!” And remember to check back next month, when we’ll be kicking off a whole new year of #PetsinShowrooms with another group of waggy- tailed hopefuls!
