HeliStream Equips Another Bell Medium with the Boost HEC System
Boost Systems recently announced the sale of a Boost HEC System to HeliStream, while attending the annual HAI Aerial Work Safety Conference in Boise, Idaho.

A late-November ceremony attended by representatives from the Italian Army and its Aviation unit, Italian Secretariat General of Defence / National Armaments Directorate, NAHEMA (NATO Helicopter Management Agency), NHIndustries, and Leonardo marked the milestone of the 60th and final UH-90A handover.

It was announced in December the Valor has been chosen to be the U.S. Army’s Future Long- Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA).
Jeff Yarnold, vice president of operations at Boost explains, “This is the third Boost HEC System that HeliStream will be operating on their Bell mediums. They are just completing the installation on the first Bell 412EPX to be used in the United States utility industry.”

Airbus Helicopter CEO Bruno Evan says, “The innovative architecture and the fully parallel hybrid propulsion system could only really be tested on a brand-new demonstrator in order to verify the combined impact in CO2 reduction, which could be as much as 50 percent.”
