Tough Furniture offers a wide range of kitchen cabinets designed to meet the specific requirements of both the healthcare and life skills environments. All our units are manufactured from hard wearing, wipe clean, 18mm melamine faced MDF in a variety of finishes. All edges are rounded to a user friendly 3mm radius. Handles can be upgraded to a reduced ligature specification. Drawers are made of sturdy 12mm plywood including the bottoms and run on strong steel runners (40kg weight rating) and are fitted with hardened steel restraints to prevent removal of the drawer from the cabinet. Locks come as an optional extra with a choice of a standard key lock, or star-key lock.
