l Contained chemical management. l Large LED touch screen operation. l Safety door opening system allowing scope access in event of power supply failure.

Your department your way Steelco offers a wide range of endoscopy equipment to meet the demands of your department, featuring a choice of EWDs with the options of single-scope or multi- scope chambers, available as single or double pass-through door versions. Steelco appreciates that one size does not fit all. By design, the variety within the EWD range enables true choice when developing a decontamination facility.

The range can be configured to allow a mixing of EWD types. For example: a configuration of the 3-scope per chamber EW2 3S washers for multi scope throughput with the EW1 S Maxi for an 18-minute fast turnaround scope provides a blended EWD solution. For departments favouring single scope per chamber reprocessing, an installation of a bank of the EW1 S Maxi EWDs maximises the use of available space with the outlined technological benefits and efficiencies of the system.

All systems work in harmony across the Steelco operating platform and Steelco ARES track and trace system, enabling customers to choose a configuration which uniquely works for them and their departmental needs.

The Steelco endoscope decontamination range EW1 S and Maxi version: One scope capacity, with a fast 18-minute cycle. This can be configured as two stacked, asynchronous chambers, on a single footprint.

EW2 2S / EW2 3S: High productivity EWDs for the most challenging work peaks. Simultaneous reprocessing of 1/2/3 flexible endoscopes per chamber. Single or double door pass-through options short cycle times with maximum security utilising the OCS, One-time Connection System. Steelco Endoscope Drying Cabinets: Following processing in an EWD, endoscopes are ready for use or can be stored in an EN 16642 compliant drying cabinet, maintaining their microbial status. The drying cabinets range is EN 16442 compliant, with single or double door pass- through options, horizontal or vertical storage and an 8 or 16 endoscope capacity.
