REGISTRATION The registration desk is situated in Westminster Suite and it will be manned during the following times: Monday 25th November 15.00 - 17.00 Tuesday 26th November 07.30 - 15.00 Wednesday 27th November 07.30 - 12.00
Outside of these hours please refer to the main hotel reception desk, whose staff will be able to contact a member of the conference team
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The IDSc AGM will be held on 27th November in Westminster Suite at 09.00 - 10.00 - Members of the IDSc only. Membership number will need to be provided to gain entry.
CONFERENCE NAME BADGES Conference badges will be issued at the point of registration. Please have your badges available for the Gala dinner entry as you will not be able to gain access if your badge is not presented. Thank you.
