Procedure: In a main vessel, combine phase A ingredients under propeller agitation and heat to 40-45°C. Once dispersed, homogenize 5 minutes, then continue mixing and heating to 70-75°C. In a separate container, mix and heat phase B to 70-75°C. Add phase B to phase A under high propeller agitation. Homogenize until uniform, then continue mixing and cool down to ≤ 40°C. In a separate container, disperse Hesperidin 95 MM in Glycerin at 70-75°C, add 20% NaOH solution and mix until completely dissolved. Cool down to ≤ 40°C and add to phase A/B. Add phase D ingredients, independently, and mix until uniform. Cool down to ≤32°C and adjust pH, as needed. Properties: pH = 6.0 - 7.0, Viscosity LV4/12 = 8,000 - 12,000 cPs

Procedure: Into a clean beaker, add phase A and begin mixing under low shear. 2. Add remaining ingredients in phase A, one at a time, until homogenous. 3. In a separate beaker, combine phase B and mix until uniform. Add slowly to phase A. 4. Pour into a suitable component.

Procedure: Into a suitable vessel, charge the Purified Water BP (Phase A). While stirring at 500 rpm, incorporate the Mekirol RS (Rapeseed) 995 until fully dispersed. Sprinkle Sepimax Zen onto the aqueous phase (Phase A) and homogenise under stirring at 500 rpm, until a uniform mixture is formed. Add Phase C ingredients, then agitate for 5 minutes until fully mixed. Incorporate Dermosoft Pentiol ECO (Phase D) into the mixture and stir for another 5 minutes. Adjust the pH to 5.00 to 5.50.

Procedure: Dissolve the salts in Sorbitol and Water. Pre-disperse Blanose CMC 9M31XF in Zemea before adding it into phase A. Under vacuum, add phase C into phase A and B. Mix until uniform gel is obtained. Premix phase D and add it into the main bulk. Dissolve Empricol LX/N in water and add it into main bulk gradually while keeping the vacuum on. Mix until uniform. Pre-dissolve Natpure Xco Sapphire GB606 in water and add into the toothpaste.
