TotalEnergies Corbion has helped to develop bio-based ‘bricks’ that can lock together to form various types of furniture – from desks and counters to meeting pods and exhibition walls. Morph Bricks, made from the company’s Luminy


At K2025, Tolsa showed its Adins range of flame- retardant additives – free of halogens and antimony trioxide (ATO) – for materials including PVC, PA, PP, PE and rubber. “Beyond enabling ATO elimination in halogen-free formulations, Adins also improves key flame-retardant properties such as anti- dripping, reduced heat release and lower smoke generation”, said Marta Sacristán, functional additives technical manager at Spain-based Tolsa.


PLA bioplastic, offer the strength of ABS-like plastics with a lower carbon footprint. The bricks connect without tools or adhesives, making them quick to assemble and simple to dismantle. UK-based Floreon – which specialises in flame-
