Jokey

invests in UK site

German packaging moulder Jokey is boosting growth and solidifying its long-term position in the UK by investing in its own site near Birmingham. The production in

Northamptonshire is also seen as instrumental to the company’s carbon foot- print reduction plans as local production will shorten delivery routes and reduce imports and transport to the UK. In the coming months,

extensive renovation and modernization measures will be carried out at the new location, machines will be installed, and employ- ees will be hired. Produc- tion is scheduled to start as early as September 2023. www.jokey.com
