This year’s Plastics Extrusion World Expo North America – held in November – highlights new technologies and includes a free two-day conference with leading industry figures

This year’s Plastics World Expos 2026 – held on 11-12 November in Cleveland, Ohio – will once again feature both an exhibition and conference. The free event, which takes place at the Huntington Convention Center, is North America’s largest plastics industry gathering of the year. Each includes a range of international suppliers, plus a dedicated conference theatre with full two-day programmes of technology talks, business debates and keynote presentations. The event welcomed nearly 5,500 attendees and

352 exhibitors in 2025. This year’s exhibitor lineup boasts many leading industry players including Ampacet, Cabot, Cargill, Clariant, Coperion, CPM, Davis-Standard, Erema, Farrel Pomini, Galata, IMCD, JSW, KraussMaffei, KW Plastics, Lanxess, Maag, Milliken, Netzsch, NGR, Omya, PTi, Struktol, Thermo Fisher and Westlake. This year, the show is focusing on the theme of Powering Plastics: Skills, People and the Future.

This will be reflected across the exhibition and conference sessions, highlighting the importance of workforce skills, talent development and knowledge transfer. “The expos are designed to make it easy for industry professionals to meet the right suppliers, compare solutions and stay informed,” said Kelly DeFino, exhibition sales team manager at AMI. Exhibitor slots are still available. For more

information on exhibiting, visit the website. The expos will showcase manufacturers of

extrusion, compounding, recycling and testing equipment, plus suppliers of polymers, additives, software and industry services. The event will also host around 100 expert

speakers in its four conference theatres. They will explore key themes including materials innovations, process optimisation, recycling technologies, market trends, regulatory developments and the increasingly vital role of AI.
