Bialystok, Poland Jeroen de Haan 1996

Around 190 Private

Masterpress, founded in 1996, is a Polish producer of flexible packaging including pouches, shrink sleeves and printed labels. These are applied in a variety of industries including food & beverage, homecare, personal care, dairy and e-commerce. A key skill for the company is printing – especially ‘hybrid printing’ which combines traditional methods with new digital advances.

Product lines:

The company offers a variety of solutions to end users. Its shrink sleeve labels – for markets including wine & spirits – are “heat shrink films selected for each project individually”. It offers self-adhesive labels to the same industry, with easy-to-apply that can also be easily removed. Shrink sleeve and self-adhesive labels are available for other sectors too – and can be produced for irregularly shaped surfaces. In dairy, it also offers in-mould labels (IMLs), whose advantages include durability, moisture resistance and the inclusion of multi-colour graphics.

Factory location:

The company has a single manufacturing facility in Bialystok that produces the company’s entire product line. In late 2023, it began an expansion programme that added around 40% to its production capacity. Additions included two new sleeve printing machines, which raised annual output by around 16 million sq m – to address rising demand in France, the DACH region, and Benelux, according to the company.
