K-Flex, founded in 1989, is a producer of extruded foam insulation, multilayer pipes, pre-insulated pipes and self-adhesive foils and tapes. These products are used in applications including cladding, sound absorption, central heating systems, air conditioning and beverage equipment

Product lines:

Its multi-layer pipe is aimed at a wide range of applications, including central heating systems, radiators and tap water installations. K-Flex Solid is a range of multi-layer pipes of 16-75mm diameter, made from PE-RT and aluminium, interleaved with adhesive layers. This structure makes it resistant to high temperatures and pressures. It can be coupled with a polyethylene (PE) closed cell insulation tube – with coloured finish – to add fire retardancy and added insulation properties. K-Flex EVOH is a range of pipes of 16-20mm diameter the incorporates EVOH rather than aluminium. The company also produces polyurethane (PU) tube with a PVC/aluminium finish, for insulation of heating and sanitary systems. It also offers a range of beverage dispensing equipment, such as preformed tubes.

Factory locations:

As a multinational, the company has many production sites. Since opening its first manufacturing site in Italy, it spread to France, Spain, China, the US, Malaysia, India, Poland and elsewhere. In all, it says it has 21 production plants and is active in 63 countries. Most recently, it optimised its production processes in Poland by adding measurement systems from Inoex.
