Conference sessions offer industry insight
Visitors to the event can attend a free two-day conference in the Plastics Extrusion World Expo theatre. A number of industry experts will make presentations on subjects including industry trends, market opportunities and technology updates. There will be two panel discussions
across the two days – one of which focuses on plastic pipes, the other on plastic film. Panellists in the Future of Pipes discussion include Jan Weiss, head of raw materials and compounding for EMEA at European pipes major Aliaxis. Other will be confirmed closer to the date of the event. Several industry presentations are
also of relevance to pipe and profile extruders. On day one, Miguel Ángel Mafé, a laboratory technician at Spanish research organisation Aimplas, will explain a testing method to speed
