company will also be displaying the DGM Gravix, a gravimetric batch doser designed to blend plastic granules directly on the processing machine. An exclusive feature of this series is the double eyelid shutter device that ensures high dosing due to an extremely fast reaction time said to be comparable to a blink of an eye, hence the name. The weighing hopper is free from mechanical constraints and connections providing extremely accurate values, while the intuitive touch screen control ensures easy programming and regrind management. The DGM Gravix 20 model has been specifically designed for micro-dosing applications based on the same technology and mechanics as larger models, making it ideally suited to the medical industry where precision is a key requirement. Among its grinding solutions, Moretto present- ed the Hyper Cut, a new starve feeding, low speed, multi-blade grinder suitable for dealing with waste pieces, sprues, and blowed parts. Designed to cover a wide range of applications, it is versatile and features variable configurations, high produc- tivity, and low energy consumption.
