1 (6 oz) pkg pita bread 1 jalapeño 3 cups Greek yogurt 2 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp olive oil


1 (6 oz) pkg crumbled feta 1 (0.75 oz) pkg fresh dill 2 tbsp lemon juice

STEP 1 Set a grill or grill pan to medium heat and grill the pita until grill marks form, about 2 min. on each side. STEP 2 Meanwhile, mince the jalapeño and set in a large bowl with the Greek yogurt and minced garlic. Add the olive oil and feta cheese. Chop the dill and stir into the mixture. Mix in the lemon juice and season with salt (in moderation) and pepper to taste. Serve grilled bread with feta-yogurt sauce.
