Not sure how many years I will be around So, while I can still walk the ground I am leaving for the Yukon and the Arctic Circle too I will be in Whitehorse, Yukon in June for the land of the mid night sun beckons me visit Lake LaBarge where they cremated Sam Mcgee now Sam McGee was from Tennesee not like me from Ontario you see the Klondike Hwy will take me to the land of gold to glittering Dawson City I be lured with gold pan in hand a fishing line and lure I will catch an icy cold salmon or Arctic char not hold’n out for gold just an adventure or two cooking my fish as I ward off a Grizzly or two then up the Dempster Hwy toward the Arctic circle I crave more adventure for these aging bones Tombstone Mountain is a lure to me I have done everything that a man can do and long for more things to do !
