Thanks to the food booth crew for keeping us well fed and to the many people who helped ensure the rodeos ran smoothly. It was great to see so many new and re- turning faces. Please see the updates on a few items below.


WELCOME BACK We have had a great start to our fall season


one who has supported the food booth on the Sep- tember 30th and October 14th rodeos. Your contributions have been greatly appreciated, and a HUGE Thank You to everyone who helped in the booth! We will also be having a food booth at the upcoming November 11/12 rodeos in Ancaster. On November 11, we will be offering pulled pork and hot dogs, while on November 12, we will have Peameal on a bun and hot dogs available, along with an assortment of refreshments and hopefully Sienna will bake more of her famous chocolate chip cookies! Additionally, we are excited to announce that


we will be holding a Silent Auction on November 11. To make this event a success, we kindly request everyone to bring an item that we can put out for auction. This has always been a fantastic fundraiser and a lot of fun for everyone involved. To assist with the organization, please let me know what items you will be bringing, along with the name of the donor and their email address so that we can follow up with a thank you
