Helen Richardson to the team as lead on new Provincial Stable Program
April 23, 2022 (Aurora, ON) – The OE Board of Directors, as part of the 2022- 2025 strategic plan, is making a sub- stantial investment to develop a new Stable program. The riding stable is at the heart of our sport and we believe that working together, in partnership, will lead to healthy, sustainable growth for our industry. We must better under- stand how we can support our stables and provide the tools and resources they need. Our focus will be on building
stronger relationships with stables to address their needs and our common in- terests such as member quality pro- grams and experiences, participation development, certification, inclusivity, safe sport and financial stability. The pandemic highlighted areas that we need to focus on. As part of this invest- ment, we were seeking someone with the right talent to lead the project. Wel- come Helen!
