46/ FEBRUARY 2022 THE RIDER
Partner with the Pennsylvania National Horse Show in 2022
Harrisburg, PA – February 4, 2022 – For decades, spon- sorship of the Pennsylvania National Horse Show has given individuals and busi- nesses the distinction of being a part of one of the largest and most prestigious indoor horse shows in the nation.
Now, following the
success of the 75th anniver- sary Pennsylvania National Horse Show in 2021, the ex- posure and opportunities for sponsors have further in- creased, with more reasons than ever before to get in- volved in the historic event in 2022 and beyond. Whether you are an
individual looking to sup- port equestrian organiza- tions (and receive a tax write-off!) or a corporation aiming to increase aware- ness of your brand, here are three of the top reasons to partner with the 2022 PNHS, to be held October
13-22 at the PA Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, PA. In 2021, the PNHS
expanded to a two-ring horse show for the first time in the event’s history, wel- coming new classes and more than 1,500 total entries from across 44 states. With free admission
offered throughout the ma- jority of the 10-day horse show, and with new and re- turning events to be offered for spectators in 2022, part- ners of the PNHS receive exposure to an audience of non-equestrians and eques- trian enthusiasts alike from across the Mid-Atlantic re- gion.
Corporate and indi-
vidual sponsorships are of- fered at all price points and with any goals in mind. Whether it’s an ice cream social, an arena named for your brand, or an all-new, on-site activation, the op- portunities are endless.

Sponsoring the PNHS
is about much more than the horse show itself. Each year, proceeds from the show are the greatest source of fund- ing for the PNHS Founda- tion, a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization dedicated to providing funding for thera- peutic riding and equine res- cue organizations. Thanks to the tax-de-
ductible support of generous sponsors, the Foundation
was able to award grants to 31 therapeutic riding and equine rescue programs fol- lowing the 2021 PNHS. The grant funds distributed for 2021 saw a 300% increase since they were last awarded
in 2019, and the PNHS team hopes to continue to provide more and more each year. The Foundation’s ef-
forts don’t stop there, how- ever.
In addition to
providing grant funding, the PNHS Foundation also hosts the LifeVac Therapeu- tic Riding Championships each year on “Foundation Friday” during the horse show – a highlight for ther- apeutic riders from across Pennsylvania.
